How It Works
STEP ONE: Wrap them comfortable around your calves (FREE Extra Velcro Straps included in the package in case you have wider calves).
STEP 2: Your massagers have a control device on the sides with 3 buttons. Then use the Cycle button to cycle through any of the 3 modes available.
STEP 3: Once you've selected your settings, simply press the start button to begin the massage session. Relax and let the Shield Massager gently compress and heat your legs.

I'm so happy that my second leg massager has arrived! it came packed in a cardboard box with the instructions inside although it is very easy to operate. wrap the longer straps around your calf, not too tight, and the shorter around ankle. push the middle button until it beaps. then push the top button to the strength of heat you want, it gets quite warm. to turn massager on just push the bottom button to the strength you want. it is really helping with my poor circulation and psoriasis a little. my daughter tried it and asked me to order one for her and her pregnant daughter! poor circulation runs in the family! thanks seller and Aliexpress for a great product!
It was so cheap that I only let one side, so if it's okay, I had to do it one more, but I came on page 2! I'm testing, but at this price, I'm going to boost it.
